by contacting me for any commission, you are agreeing to my terms of services below.
I. General Terms
ㅇ Rude order for commission will be banned, please be kind and respectful
ㅇ If you have references you want for the commission, please be very thorough and clear about it
ㅇ I have the right to decline any commission I am uncomfortable with
ㅇ I decide when to finish the drawing, please do not rush me. If you need it done before a specific date, you can pay extra fee to receive it by time.
ㅇ I usually stream my art processes, if you do not want me to stream it let me know beforehand
II. Payment
ㅇ Depending on complexity/extra details or props in your commission(s), additional charges may apply
ㅇ Payment must be done after confirming the sketch
ㅇ If payment is not sent within 2 days, your order will be cancelled
ㅇ Commissions are nonrefundable after sketching phase is complete
ㅇ I accept venmo and paypal
☆ If you use PayPal, you must send through "For friends and family" category
ㅇ Please respect my prices. asking for discounts/price reductions will result in a ban from my services
III. Process / Customer Satisfaction
☆ General process of commission : Apply ➜ Sketch ➜ Sketch Confirmation and Payment/Cancel ➜ Complete Commission ➜ Commission Delivery
ㅇ I will do everything in my power to make our process smooth and easy
ㅇ I will only continue drawing after payment is complete
ㅇ Any updates after sketching phase must be asked for
ㅇ I allow up to 3 small changes after completion (within 1 week)
ㅇ Any large changes will be considered a new commission
IV. Copyright / Usage
ㅇ I own all copyright to my art
ㅇ You may post my art, but please properly provide credit!
ㅇ All commissions are for personal use only, you may use the art to promote yourself but proper credit must be shared
☆ DO NOT TAKE CREDIT OF MY ART, REMOVE ANY WATERMARKS, ALTER MY ART IN ANY WAY, OR USE MY WORK FOR COMMERCIAL USE.
ㅇ If you'd like to own the rights to the product, there will be a fee of 2x the original price (ex : use for stream)
V. Cancelling / Refunding Protocol
ㅇ I have the right to cancel/refund your commission at any time, especially with difficult customers.
ㅇ you cannot demand a refund after the sketching phase is completed
ㅇ If you file a chargeback against me, I have every right to retract and resell your commission to a new customer
ㅇ Any statement above may be set to change, when discussing to me prior to your commission.
